Its creeping performance depends on the weight of loading, temperature condition, and time of loading. Under fixed loading and temperature condition, the creeping variable of thermosetting plastic is much smaller than that of thermoplastic plastics.2.Good property of high temperature resistance and heat-resistanceAfter being cured, the thermosetting resin matrix composite materials can't be softened, so the heat-resistance is very stable. Making test with load of 1.86PMa, generally the thermal deformation temperature at 150-260ºC, and fiber reinforded thermosetting plastics belongs to excellent thermal insulation material, its thermal conductivity is 0.35-0.47W/(m.k), which is just 1/100-1/1000 of metal. It can be used as good insulating material and instantaneous high temperature resistant material. Thermal deformation temperature of this material can reach 350 degree so that it can be used as normal temperature and high temperature structural materials. Fiberglass/phenolic is an excellent insulator for rocket and missile engines. 3.Excellent electrical performanceComposite material is a good electrical insulating material. If making mica as its filler, the electrical performance of the product can be more excellent.
